I was delighted to be introduced to CMI Healthcare in 2015. Prior to that, I had become very frustrated with the service available to dental surgeries for servicing and validating decontamination room equipment. One company could service our equipment, but not validate it. Another could do our standard autoclave but not our vacuum autoclave. CMI Healthcare now provides a comprehensive servicing and validation service on all our decontamination room equipment.

Their technicians are very competent in autoclaves and washer disinfectors. They were the first company ever to suggest to me that they should keep a copy of the programming data of all our machines so that they could restore quickly in the event of a malfunction.

There is no doubt in my mind that an independent decontamination room servicing company is the best option for any dental practice and CMI Healthcare is one of the best.

We in Sterile Services have always had a superb relationship and exemplary service from CMI Healthcare over the last 5 years.

The engineers are very efficient, with a great depth of knowledge coming from Dave Crann and Andy Hodgson, and not forgetting dear Ken Hodgson, a gentleman amongst gentleman!

With the age of our machines, particularly the Autoclaves, things are always going wrong. A phone call to either Dave or Andy to help with our problem has always been so helpful.

So a big thank you, and to you of course Luke, always very professional and polite.

We have worked with CMI for over 15 years for the supply and service of our washers and sterilisers. When sourcing new equipment, CMI always have a cost effective and technically sound solution to our requirement with a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer. Service contracts are set up and managed by CMI and any breakdowns are dealt with swiftly to ensure our downtime is at a minimum. The service is always at a time to suite us and the staff are very professional, friendly and competent.

I would strongly recommend CMI to other companies and businesses and will certainly be continuing to work with CMI for all our re-processing requirements and service for years to come.

I am very impressed with the current works that have been carried out by yourself and Andy. The job was completed in a timely manner and all the UKAS work was carried out exactly how we wanted and passed our inspections last year. As a result, I would like TME Calibration & Testing to complete similar works at our centres in Spain and in Ireland

Andy the Managing Director has a technical background, he is not just a salesperson… it’s worth noting that although CMI are based on Berkshire, they have engineers all over the country and they have provided a 1^st class service to this site for 10 years all together.

Our Path Lab Autoclaves were mothballed after a couple of years running in 2003, but in 2010 CMI worked with us to re-commission them so I can vouch for their technical competency – they’re not just testing engineers.

When the time comes to life cycle our own Autoclaves, my first port of call will likely be CMI
